A total of 27 Canadian border crossings will reduce their hours of service.

This temporary reduction of service hours will be reviewed on an ongoing basis as the public health/ Covid-19 situation evolves.

In our region, the Frelighsburg, Hemmingford, Highwater and Trout River border crossings, as well as the two other entry points near Lacolle (located on routes 221 and 223) , will now be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. only, instead of the usual 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Chartierville, normally not open from 8 a.m. to midnight, will also close at 8 p.m.
