These weekday closures, which are unusual , are required to dismantle a section of the old autoroute 15 located over autoroute 20 and the railway corridor.
The traffic on highway 20 eastbound was jammed into the Turcot this morning.
Decarie Northbound was congested at the Cote St Luc exit.
Decarie Southbound remains gridlocked at this time.
Taxi protests will create havoc in the downtown core as of 9 a.m.
Closures from 11 p.m. Thursday:
Highway 15 South from Decarie to the entrance from Highway 20 East
Highway 20 East to the entrance from Decarie South
Route 136 West to the entrance from Highway 15
From midnight Friday until 5 a.m. Monday a section of Highway 20 East will also be closed, from Exit 64 until the entrance from Angrignon Boulevard.
